The Bulgarian authorities have decided to tighten restrictive measures in connection with COVID-19 due to a sharp increase in cases of infection with coronavirus in the country, according to the publication the Sofia Globe with reference to the statement of the head of the Ministry of health Cyril Ananieva.

The Minister noted that the easing of restrictive measures has not led to the expected results. In this regard, it was decided to return some of the limitations earlier.

It is noted that on July 10, the country introduced a ban on visits to Nightclubs and bars. Clubs and bars under the open sky, available to visit, but the number of guests should not exceed 50% of the maximum capacity. In addition, the number of participants in mass events may not exceed 30 people. All sporting events will now be held without spectators.
