Deputy Chairman of the Central election Commission of Russia Nikolay Bulaev has declared that in comparison with the single voting day in 2019 claims to the work of election commissions during the national vote on the law on the amendment of the Constitution almost none.

According to him, currently, there are "five cases had to seal the ballot boxes or bags, because there were complaints from observers, the voting process". "Five cases of 96 thousand commissions in six days is quite a small value. A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was launched on 25 June on the whole territory of Russia. The main day of voting, according to the decree of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin – July 1, however, the Russians could vote in the period from 25 to 30 June. This is done to counter the spread of coronavirus infection.
According to the decision of Russia’s Central election Commission, the polling stations are open from 25 June to 1 July from 08:00 to 20:00 local time in all regions of the Russian Federation, the counting of votes will take place after 20:00 local time on 1 July across all seven days of the vote.
In addition to the vote before primary day (from 25 to 30 June), provided voting outside the polling station (including the local area), non-home voting, remote electronic voting in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region and vote on the location through the mechanism of "Mobile voter".
