The most likely candidate from the US Democratic party in the forthcoming presidential election, former us Vice-President Joe Biden in 2011, while in Moscow, openly declared that Vladimir Putin should not run for a third presidential term. About it reports “Kommersant” with reference to sources in the state structures of Russia.

According to interlocutors of the edition, such a statement Biden being in the status of Vice-President, made in March 2011 during a meeting with Russian opposition, which was held in Spaso house, the residence of the American Ambassador in Moscow.
