MOSCOW, 15 April/ Radio Sputnik. The exchange of prisoners between the self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic (DPR) and Kiev to be held on April 16, RIA Novosti reported with reference to the Ombudsman DND Daria Morozova.
In turn, the authorities of the self-proclaimed Lugansk people’s Republic completed all the activities in the procedure cleaning of the detained persons, which can transfer to Kiev in the framework of the planned exchange, said the representative of the people’s Republic in the humanitarian sub-group on Donbass, the head of the working group on exchange of prisoners LC Olga Kobzeva.
the First two years of the exchange of prisoners took place in the Donbass, 29 Dec 2019. Then Kiev gave the self-proclaimed people’s republics of 124 people, and they, in turn, gave the Ukrainian authorities 76.
After that, work began on the creation of new lists for the next phase of exchange of prisoners.
Earlier radio Sputnik reported that in Kiev announced the possible time of the exchange of prisoners with the DNR.
