"VimpelCom" (brand "Beeline") has restored the work of their services, have been violated by the open trunk, the report said in the Telegram-channel operator.
Earlier Friday, the company’s subscribers in Siberia and the far East are faced with failures in work of services of the operator. The company explained that it was due to open the trunk by third parties.
"Breakage of the main cable is fixed, the service in Siberia and the far East rebuilt," the statement reads.
"We apologize to everyone affected by this situation. And we thank our customers for their understanding and patience! Our customer service is already cooking up a nice compensation" — says the company.
The report notes that the technical experts understand the situation, it is not repeated.
