Press Secretary of the President of Belarus Natalia Eismont said that Alexander Lukashenko will speak to residents of the country and Parliament on 4 August. According to her, the event will not be rescheduled.

According to her, both chambers of the Parliament open session on August 3. This day will be dealt with procedural issues, and also deputies will consider the current agenda, BelTA reports.

And the next day, August 4, as scheduled, with a message to the people and the National Assembly will appeal the head of state, she said.
