Theatre Director and producer Valery Sergeev has told on air of TV program “Andrey Malakhov. Live” about the manhandling of the Russian actor Mikhail Efremov.

Sergeyev also noted that the artist was a chronic alcoholic. According to him, it became known even 30 years ago. At the same time 20 years ago, when Galina Volchek has appointed Ephraim artistic Director of “Sovremennik” theatre, he staged the so-called “drunk tours” in Sochi in 1991.

“How many women he’s with his dad mutilated! How many destinies mutilated, raising his hand on women,” Sergeyev told, without having specified, about whom exactly there is a speech.

On the evening of 8 June Efremov staged accident in Central Moscow. His car went into the oncoming lane and crashed into a van whose driver, Sergey Zakharov, died in the hospital due to blood loss. Efremov was not injured, he was sent under house arrest until August 9.
