Areas near the four new metro stations will be refurbished. This was reported on the official website of the Moscow mayor.
“Work to improve pedestrian and transport accessibility will be near the Big stations of the ring line — “Elektrozavodskaya”, “Street people’s Militia” and “Petrovsky Park” and in the “Forest” Butovskaya line. They are located mainly in areas of residential development, where about 500 thousand people. In addition, near “Elektrozavodskaya” and “Street people’s Militia” are the industrial enterprises. Thus, it is expected that the total throughput of the four stations will be more than 80 thousand people per hour”, — stated in the message.
It is noted that work near the new stations will be completed by the end of this year.
