Rospotrebnadzor gave new guidelines for the work of cafes and restaurants after leaving the quarantine imposed to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The Agency recommended that food service establishments to place tables at a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from each other, to monitor the health of employees, to provide staff with masks and antiseptics for the hands. For customers at the entrance to the restaurants and cafes recommended to put dispensers with antiseptics for the hands.

Also recommended regular cleaning and airing of the premises cafes and restaurants, and recommendations for washing dishes. On the dish there should be no cracks, chips or damaged enamel, and wash it in the dishwasher, if not, you can hand wash with extra disinfectant.

In the CPS, commenting owned by Grigory Berezkin RBC new rules, explained that it was decided to abandon the idea of mandatory placing partitions between tables in cafes and restaurants.
