Alexey Nechaev considers that today, in politics a new era, and the idea that to break into the political arena of the impossible obsolete. This thesis he supported the story of the creation of the party “New people”.

In his opinion, the Russian society at all levels prepared for the emergence of new ideas and new faces:

“it is Evident that somewhere in the 2013 elite heterogeneous. There are people who are more about control, about the rent (whether it rents or oil administrative, or military), the stability of their password. But stability is only good in conjunction with the development,” says Nechayev. “A lot of people interested in the development of this second faction in the country, which in politics is not represented”.

It is this niche and has taken the party to “New people”, which put forward 600 candidates in the upcoming elections to the legislative assemblies of 12 regions of the country.

Some regional elites not happy with the competitors in the form of “New people” – and how the fresh faces with ideas and projects, and as an organized structure. “For example, in the three regions we are not allowed to hang billboards in the right quantity: Kaluga, Rostov-on-don, Belgorod,… there are people who want to be deputies, already looked after the district, and then drew the candidate of the “New people”. Of course, they start… something… to invent, to send us mishandled activists,” says Nechaev.

In the field we feel the pressure on the activists of the new party, appear and video camera surveillance at the offices of the “New people”.

Aleksei Nechayev refers to the counter calmly: “If we do everything legally and do all this in the interests of the country, we conceptual that can be present?” – reasonable notice Nechaev.

In all regions, where they proposed “New people” Alexey Nechaev insists on mutual respect and compliance with current legislation. “As I understand it, the security forces strongly against unauthorized protest. I don’t support what the Administrative code regulates the constitutional right of the people to the meetings. But as a lawyer I say that, if the Administrative code that regulates, let’s abide by it. The turn of the unauthorized do not move” – that is the position Nechaev.

“I understand the protest of a man standing with a placard, but it’s not my method… I’m not standing with a poster: “Why such bad repair I have a factory?” I take and make repairs. Not standing with a poster: “Give us some new equipment!” Go out and buy new equipment, pay for it. Here is the difference,” said Nechaev.
