Advisor to the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson Dominic Cummings on Monday, may 25, explained why he violated the quarantine. He also stressed that absolutely no regrets about their actions.

Earlier editions of the Guardian and the Mirror reported that in the period of self-isolation Cummings left his home in London and went for 400 miles to Durham, where his parents live.

It is noted that this was not the only time a man broke the self-isolation, to visit relatives.

Dominic Cummings said that to break the rules he was forced to "exceptional circumstances". According to the Advisor to Boris Johnson, he phoned the wife and said that she feels really bad, so can’t look after their four-year-old child.

The man admitted that he was afraid to get (supposedly later this happened) and decided to take his wife and heir to the farm for their parents. A trip to the nearby castle, which took place a little later, Cummings explained that I wanted to see if he could drive the vehicle after an illness. He added that he had no regrets about his actions and noted that he did not consult with the British government about their actions.
