American actor Sam Lloyd, well known to Russian audiences for her role of lawyer Ted Buckland in the popular TV series “scrubs”, has died at the age of 56. Cause of death was an inoperable brain tumor, according to the portal TMZ.
At the end of 2019 Lloyd first became a father, and after just a few weeks later he was diagnosed. More than a year he resisted the disease, but the tumor, unfortunately, was stronger.
According to the Creator of scrubs, screenwriter and Director bill Lawrence, Sam Lloyd was a “truly kind and good guy.” “He will be missed very many,” wrote Lawrence on his page on Twitter.
Sam Lloyd starred in almost 50 movies and TV shows. It is characterized by vivid roles in such popular television series as “Desperate Housewives”, “Shameless”, “American family” and “the West wing”. Also more than ten years, the actor worked on his own musical “pam and Gil”.
