More than a quarter of Russians (28%) expressed readiness to stage mass protests over falling living standards. Their number reached a maximum value over the past year and a half, the survey showed “Levada-center”, commissioned by the “Open video”.

According to the survey, 28% of Russians are ready to participate in protests for economic reasons. However, 61% of respondents doubt that such actions are possible If the protest rallies are still held, 68% of respondents do not take part in them.
