A court had sentenced the 84-Year-old in October of last year to the Test. The decision was a victory for the artist Delphine Boël, the struggling monarch since 2013, the recognition as a child of the former monarch.

The 51-Year-old says her mother, Baroness Sybille de Selys Longchamps, and Albert II should have had decades ago, a prolonged affair.

The former king denies paternity, however, and refused to do the paternity test. Against the judgment, he appealed to the highest Belgian court, the judgment is not expected until towards the end of the year.

Nevertheless, he is now getting a subpoena for the Test. He should not attend to the monetary penalty, the Reports of Thursday, according to of this day.
