The survey on the portal “Dobrodel” showed that 42% of residents in the peak of the pandemic worked online, and 28% reported that previously worked remotely, says the press service of the Committee on the competition policy of the Moscow region.

A survey of “temporary remote work residents of the Moscow region in the period of self-isolation of coronavirus” was held in June on the portal of “Dobrodel”. The goal is to determine how the remote format of comfort for residents of the Moscow region, and whether it is relevant after release from quarantine. The survey polled more than 600 people.

“it turned Out that most of those who worked and works on remote, operate in the IT sector, administrative sector and trade”, – stated in the message.

Regarding the effectiveness of remote work on the opinions of working people were divided: 48% of employees working remotely, I believe that the effectiveness of their work compared to work directly on a workplace has not changed, 26% of respondents believe that the effectiveness decreased, 26% that increased.

It turned out that the remote format is comfortable enough for residents of the Moscow region, took part in the survey: 57% of employees are ready to move at a constant remote work, 28% are not ready, and the rest are difficult to answer.

The main advantages of remote work, in the opinion of the interviewed residents: no need to waste time and money for travel and lunch and don’t need office suit/attire. But what, according to respondents, the main deficiencies: the working day sometimes lasts longer or irregular, not all issues can be resolved remotely, it is difficult to focus, as distracting household chores or family members.
