the Council of experts of the awards under the chairmanship of Mikhail Butov will select up to fifteen finalists from the works of the “Long list” and will present a Literary Academy.
At the end will be a press conference with the finalists of the award.
In June, the largest Advisory service about books LiveLib will start a public vote. Within a few months everyone will be able to vote for their favourite work.
