The oldest participant of online voting on amendments to the Constitution of 102 years. About it reports RIA "news" with reference to the head of the Department for the improvement of territorial administration and development of smart projects of the government of Moscow Artem Kostyrko.
"we have a Lot of interesting facts… we Have a voter – 102 years, who voted electronically", – said Kostyrko.
Electronic voting on amendments to the Constitution ended 30 June, 20:00 GMT. The turnout was 93.2%.
