Authorities of the capital the U.S. imposed a curfew Monday from 19:00 local time (02:00 GMT on Tuesday) for a period of two days.
This was announced at a press conference, D.C. mayor Muriel Bowser.
"Today I give a decree on the introduction of a new curfew in Washington, D.C." she said.
"the Current curfew will begin at 19 hours and will last for two days", – said Bowser.
