As highlighted, to go out for a walk will be on a specific schedule no more than three times a week. To leave your home for sports every day, but only until 9:00.

"Hiking is permitted from 9:00 to 21:00, but not more than three times a week – twice on weekdays and once in weekend. Schedule "a pleasure days" for the residents of each house will be published on mos.ru in "Yandex" and in mobile applications", – stated in the material.

Walking and exercise in the fresh air all Muscovites, including citizens over 65 years of age and citizens with chronic diseases. The recommended radius of the walks should be no more than 2 miles from home.

However, it is emphasized, the ban still remains for those who hurt COVID-19, people with suspected coronavirus, with signs of SARS, and for those who live with them.

Sergei Sobyanin said yesterday that reducing the burden on the urban health care system will allow to increase provision of routine medical care. He noted that in the coming weeks about 5 thousand patients who have previously entered repurposed for the treatment of coronavirus hospitals will again operate normally.

The mayor added that in the case of the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the health sector will be sufficient reserve beds for patients with coronavirus.

Sobyanin said that in Moscow in the transmission mode will continue until June 14. Starting 1 June 2020 Moscow goes to the second phase of easing restrictions. In particular, Muscovites will be allowed to go for walks in the observance of sanitary safety.
