First, the Russians would have a whole month to “return to the amendment,” to recall that it was proposed to amend the Basic law. Second, the situation for the coronavirus should improve even more. During the meeting, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova has confirmed the head of state that the situation really improves.
Putin noted that he has questioned only one time: at the beginning of July appointed as the first exam.
