the President stressed that the purpose of the state is now not only to stabilize the situation, the main thing — to support the population and business.

to Proceed with the implementation the President has instructed since July.

Mishustin, in turn, noted that the plan contains a complex of various measures by the end of the recovery period the economy must move to a growth above the pre-crisis.

According to him, today it is especially important to pay attention to unemployment.

“the Closure of enterprises or reduction of working time and wages has exacerbated this problem. All of this can result in a decrease in income, and hence demand, therefore, the plan assumes an active policy in the employment sphere”, — he explained.

the document contains about 500 items, the cost of its implementation — about five trillion rubles.

As told the President Mishustin, the plan is divided into three stages:

According to the document, placed at the disposal of RIA Novosti, the national economic recovery plan involves the reduction of unemployment to the level of not more than five percent at the end of 2021.

the Plan contains measures to support small businesses, communities, involves the development of long-term financial instruments.

to Develop a national plan of action for the recovery of the economy after the restrictive measures imposed due coronavirus, Putin ordered at the end of April.

the President stressed that the most important task of the document — maintenance of demand and capacity utilization. As explained by the head of state, unemployment suggests that the capacity of the economy is underutilized, there remains a significant lack of demand.
