In Beijing entered into force the “rules of civilized behaviour” of the 29 paragraphs, imposing a number of restrictions aimed at the correction of manners and habits of the residents. It is reported by Chinese news Agency Xinhua.

In particular, it is forbidden to spit in public, throw garbage from the Windows, there in the subway car, walk the dog without a leash and much more (full list of restrictions below).

Violators of the authorities will prosecute, while the “righteous and brave deeds will be rewarded,” says the Agency. The penalty ranges from 50 to 200 yuan (480 – 1930 roubles), and for the ejection of objects from Windows, the penalty amount can be up to 500 yuan (about 5 thousand). Previously, the fines for some offences, such as spitting on the street, too, but much lower, 20-50 yuan (193 – 480 rubles).
