MOSCOW, 1 Jul — RIA Novosti. to Vote on the amendments to the Constitution will be safer than going to the store, said the head of the Central election Commission, Ella Pamfilova.
“All these measures will allow to provide participants vote, that is, those who decide to take part in the vote, it will be even more secure, than to take part in other activities already allowed, well, just safer than to go to the store”, — Pamfilova said at a working meeting with the Russian President.
She also noted that the vote will be held in total public observation, and two-three regions can be carried out remote e-voting.
Pamfilova said that at the entrances to the stations will be the place to measure temperature and disinfection of hands.
a nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed due complex epidemiological situation in the country. On Monday, Putin announced that the vote will take place July 1.
